Regular-priced items are eligible for free exchanges and free returns for store credit. For returns to original form of payment, a $12 return shipping cost is deducted from refund. Sale items can be returned for store credit only. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Return Policy Conditions: 

• Our return policy allows for return requests within 7 days of the delivered date.
• Items must be in returned in brand new, unworn condition with tags attached.
• Please return items in their designated product bag.
• All returns are inspected and we reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition. 
• Returns are processed within 5 days of receipt and you will be sent an email notification once processed. 
• Any returns on orders purchased with a gift card will receive reimbursement back on the applicable gift card first. 
• Eligible returns must be sent back within 28 days of receiving your return label to qualify for a return.
• Items purchased with a discount code, promo code, or on sale, are eligible to be returned for store credit only (exclude welcome code). A $12 return shipping cost will be deducted from gift card credit or charged at the time of return.

If you believe there is an issue with your product, we ask that you please reach out to hello@po-em.studio within our return window of 7 days from delivered date. When reaching out please include your order number, a description and a picture of the issue for us to better assist you.
