TERMS OF SERVICE
- Shipping Policy: Domestic shipments are shipped within 1-3 business days. Pre-orders ship within the designated shipping window as stated when placing order.
- Orders over $300 require a signature delivery.
- PO-EM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- PO-EM is not liable for missing or damaged return packages, please secure your return.
- S&H fees are non-refundable and deducted from the refund or credit amount.
- Bulk ordering: Returns of 3 or more pieces from one order will incur a $48 restocking fee.
- Cancelled orders within the first hour after an order will incur a 10% restocking fee. If the order has started to be processed by our fulfillment partner order cancellation is not possible.
- PO-EM is not responsible for any taxes or duties incurred with any order.
- PO-EM does not offer refunds for items refused delivery, credit will be issued. All pertaining S&H fees are non-refundable and deducted from the credit amount.
- PO-EM is not responsible for items damaged by the customer under any condition.
- PO-EM is not responsible for reimbursement of stated restocking fees.
- After 14 days, all sales are final.
- Items purchased with a discount code, promo code, or on sale, are eligible to be returned for store credit only.
- Any and all items marked "final sale" are not eligible to return.
- PO-EM does not extend price adjustments or partial refunds on orders made prior to any promotions.
Full-priced items are eligible for free exchanges and free returns for store credit. For returns to original form of payment, a $10 return shipping cost is deducted from refund. Items marked "final sale" are ineligible for returns. Items marked "exchange only" are returnable for store credit only and incur a $10 return shipping cost.
