Full-priced items are eligible for free exchanges and free returns for store credit. For returns to original form of payment, a $10 return shipping cost is deducted from refund.
- Our return policy is 14 days from order date. After 14 days all sales are final.
- Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the item is in brand new, unworn condition with the tags attached.
- Items purchased with a discount code, promo code, or on sale, are eligible to be returned for store credit only (exclude welcome code). A $10 return shipping cost is deducted from credit.
- Please return items in their product bag to help protect the product while in-transit. We do request for the item(s) to be folded as neat as possible.
- Clothing should have hang tags attached and be free of animal hair (we love your cat though).
- All returns are inspected and we reserve the right to adjust returns if original items are not received in new condition.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our returns facility. You will receive an email from us when the return is processed.
- Any returns on orders purchased with a gift card and alternate form of payment will receive reimbursement back on the applicable gift card first.
- Eligible returns must be sent back within 7 days of receiving your return label to qualify for refunds.
Original shipping charges are not refunded.
- Request a return for store credit in the Return Portal.
- Package your return as instructed.
- Instant store credit (sent digitally in the form of a gift card) is issued upon scanning of your return package by the carrier.
- Purchase exchange item(s) in a new order with your gift card.
All Sale, Flash & Sample Sale items are marked either final sale or exchange only. Items marked "final sale" are ineligible for returns. Items marked "exchange only" are returnable for store credit only.
A return of 3 or more pieces originating from a single order is subject to a flat $48 return handling fee.
Can I Combine Two Different Orders Into One Package For A Return?
Unfortunately, our return portal does not allow multiple orders to be combined into one consolidated return, so we ask that you keep them separate. Please use our Return Portal and initiate the returns that correspond with the correct order numbers then mail them each back individually.
